PUSH's organizational team originated from the biggest youth forum in Haiti, Elan Haïti 2016, and benefits from necessary and appropriate skills to the project's execution. This forum saw its second edition in 2016, after the first and successful one in 2014 which contributed to 4 projects that are being executed today.

Jean-Pierre Vertil graduated with a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the University of Notre Dame (Indiana). He works as a Development and Deployment Engineer at Sigora International.

Smiff Lormier  is an entrepreneur and specialist in Brand Creation. He studies at Université PARIS 8 and is enrolled in an online program on Business Foundation on Branding from the Wharton Business School.

Sainte-Fanie holds two bachelors in accounting and hospital administration. She has recently completed her masters in accounting with a specialization in taxes from the Florida State University.

Léa Perceval holds a degree in political communication from the University of Montreal. She has worked in communication, marketing and administration.

Olsen Barthélémy holds a masters 1 in software engineering and is pursuing a degree in economics and works at Matrix Media, a marketing agency.

Steeve Chéry completed his secondary studies at Institution Saint Louis de Gonzague and holds a degree in business management from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Technologie (ENST).

Alexandro Nicolas did his secondary education at Saint-Louis de Gonzague. He is currently studying Heritage and Tourism at UEH and Social Communication at Université Notre Dame d'Haiti. He is a host at Radio-Télé Soleil and has more than six years of experience in communication.

Magda Louis Juste holds a degree in nursing and completed courses in social entrepreneurship with the HEC Paris. She has also completed online courses in the Introduction to Human Rights with the Université Genève.

Raoul Lorfils studied journalism at the IICC and is pursuing studies in international relations at the ANDC. He has already worked in communication in many youth organizations.

Blaick Pierre-Charles is a student in Civil Engineering at the Faculté des Sciences of UEH. Is is the founder and actual Vice-Coordinator of Club Echo FDS. He is also the Public Relations Officer at COJEG (Collectif Jeunes Gonaiviens).

Tachana Joseph hails from Port-de-Paix, but currently lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she's completing her Masters in Public Policy. She aspires to work in the International Development arena, specifically in the Latin American region.

Anite Martin-Marseille  holds a degree in Social Work from the UEH. She is finishing a master's in social work at UQÀM. She was an executive at the Association of Superior Cycles in social work at UQÀM.

Marc Alain Boucicault works in international development, administration of operations and macroeconomic research with the BID. He is the co-founder and director of Support aux Initiatives Jeunesses (DSIJ) at Groupe ECHO. He is the General Coordinator of Elan Haiti.

She works as a jurist and consultant with different institutions in the private, public and international sectors.

Eric Rolex Joseph is a Fulbright Scholar with a Master in Public Policy. He studied Finance & Insurance, worked as M&E officer or consultant under various USAID projects.  He is the past President of Rotaract of Cap Haitien, co-founder of Centre Haiti des Politiques Publiques, founder of CARRE, and is currently working as a banker.
